An app for a condition that lasts years
The problem
A condition that runs for years, with symptoms that look like half a dozen other things, and appointments too short to make sense of any of it. Patients turn up with impressions when their doctors need something closer to data.
What we built
An app that turns a messy day to day experience into something a clinician can read. It answers questions only from a licensed medical library and shows the source every time, tracks a proper clinical questionnaire over the months, picks up symptoms from ordinary conversation, and produces a summary her own doctor can open without an account or any software.
How it works
Every message is checked for eight kinds of emergency before the AI is allowed to answer. It never diagnoses, never gives doses and never interprets test results. When the library does not cover a question it says so and points her to a clinician.
What changed
She stops starting from scratch at every appointment, and her doctor gets a history instead of a story.
