An app that covers a whole pregnancy
The problem
Nine months of care containing far more services than the clinic was actually selling. Patients were buying most of the rest a few streets away, and not because it was cheaper there. Nobody had told them their own clinic did it.
What we built
An app that books the whole pregnancy. The day a patient is taken on, every scan, test, screening, class and check-up in the clinic's protocol goes straight into their booking system, nine months ahead. She sees the plan, gets a short piece each day about where she is, and moves anything she cannot make into another of the clinic's slots.
How it works
The protocol sets the plan and the clinic's own booking system holds it. If one date moves, everything after it shifts to match. If the pregnancy needs watching more closely, appointments get added.
What changed
The services the clinic already offered stopped being bought a few streets away, because there was nothing left for the patient to arrange herself.
