An ordering platform for a European dental group
The problem
Orders arriving by email, file transfer and messaging apps, with the instructions somewhere else entirely. Cases waiting while somebody asked which tooth, which material, which system. The customer could not see what was happening, and when something went wrong there was no record of it.
What we built
A full ordering platform. Forms that only offer combinations that work, large case files uploaded straight into the order, the price calculated before it is sent, nine tracked stages with a complete timeline, design approval in the platform, messages on the order itself, work handed to partner laboratories, and dashboards and reports you can export. In three languages.
How it works
Nothing goes into production until the customer approves it. Every action is logged with who did it and when. Each practice and laboratory has its own workspace with permissions by role. All of it hosted in the EU.
What changed
Ordering stopped depending on somebody being free to answer the phone.
