Siel builds revenue systems for healthcare. Our software does take work off people, and the ordering side of it takes a great deal, but that is not what anyone brings us in for. Our work gets measured in rooms filled, treatments finished and orders placed.

We build in two places. In clinics, an app that holds the relationship with a patient through a whole treatment and tells the clinic who to call. For medical suppliers, the ordering platform their customers use and the system their own team runs on.

One rule runs through all of it. Nothing irreversible happens without a person. The clinical AI never diagnoses and never speaks before a fixed safety check has run. The distribution AI drafts a record and waits. Nothing goes into production on a customer's account until they approve it.
